These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of mondolofi.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Mondolofi is a free website about jazz lo-fi music. It offers articles, information about the Mondolofi artist projects and access to music hosted on third-party platforms, such as YouTube and Spotify. No account is needed to use the Site and nothing is sold through it.
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
The texts, illustrations, logos, graphic design and software of the Site, as well as the Mondolofi name and marks, belong to Kdope S.r.l. or to their respective owners and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Except for the personal use described above and short quotations with a clear attribution and a link to the source, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or publish them without our prior written permission.
The music featured on the Site is protected by copyright and related rights. Listening through the players or the links on the Site is subject to the terms of the platform that hosts it. Any other use of the music, for example in videos, broadcasts, public spaces or commercial projects, requires the appropriate licences: for enquiries, write to info@kdope.it.
The Site contains players and links to services operated by third parties, in particular YouTube and Spotify. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or data practices.
We work to keep the Site and the Mondolofi live stream available, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be accessible, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
The articles on the Site are for general information and enjoyment. Content about studying, working, relaxing or sleeping with music is not medical, psychological or professional advice. We take care to keep the information accurate and to cite our sources, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or up to date.
To the extent permitted by law, Kdope S.r.l. is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Site, from its unavailability or from the content of third-party services linked from it. This does not limit our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, which cannot be excluded under Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code, nor any right that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside, as provided by Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, and, if you reside in Italy, the court of your place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, as provided by Article 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Italian Consumer Code).
